Welcome to the Ballet Trauma Club Shipping Policy. We’re committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. Below, you’ll find answers to common questions about our processing times, delivery areas, carriers, and tracking details.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. outlying islands.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please join our mailing list to stay updated on when we do.

How long does order processing take?

Order processing times depend on the shipping option you select:

  • Free Shipping / Flat Rate Shipping: 3–5 business days to fulfill (includes verification, quality checks, and packaging)

  • USPS Priority Mail / UPS 2nd Day Air / UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1–3 business days to fulfill

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on Monday.

During peak seasons (including the holidays), processing times may be longer. If there are any significant delays, we’ll notify you by email.

What are the estimated shipping times?
  • Delivery times vary based on the shipping option you choose:

    • Free Shipping / Flat Rate Shipping: 3–5 business days to fulfill, plus 3–7 business days for delivery.

    • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days to fulfill, plus 1–3 business days for delivery.

    • UPS 2nd Day Air: 1–3 business days to fulfill, plus 2 business days for delivery.

    • UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1–3 business days to fulfill, plus 1 business day for delivery.

    • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories: 3–5 business days to fulfill, plus 7–12 business days for delivery.

    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer flat rate shipping within the U.S., based on your location and order size:

Contiguous U.S. (48 states)

  • Sticker and Keychain Shipping (mix and match): $4 flat rate

  • Socks: starting at $5.95 (weight-based)
  • Standard Shipping: $11.95 flat rate

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

  • Sticker and Keychain Shipping (mix and match): $6 flat rate

  • Standard Shipping: $18 flat rate

  • Free Shipping: Orders $85+

Expedited Options (available nationwide, up to 7 lbs)

  • USPS Priority Mail: Calculated at checkout

  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Calculated at checkout

  • UPS Next Day Air Saver: Calculated at checkout

⚠️ For orders over 7 lbs, expedited shipping isn’t available online. If you need rush delivery, please email us at hello@ballettraumaclub.com for a custom quote.

Which shipping providers do you use?

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Do gift cards ship?

All Ballet Trauma Club gift cards are digital and delivered by email. No physical shipping is required.

Do gift cards count toward free shipping?

No. Gift cards do not count toward the free shipping minimum. Only physical merchandise totals apply toward free shipping.

Can discount codes be used on gift cards?

Discount codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases. Codes will only apply to eligible physical merchandise in your cart.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to certain states, as required by law. The tax rate is based on your shipping address and will be calculated at checkout.

We currently collect sales tax for orders shipped to California, where our business has nexus. As regulations evolve, tax collection may expand to additional states.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

While we’re not responsible for packages marked as delivered, we’ll do our best to help you resolve the situation and file a claim if needed.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

What if I entered the wrong mailing address?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you catch an error within 24 hours, email us at hello@ballettraumaclub.com with the correct address.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors are not eligible for a refund. You’ll need to place a new order using the correct address, and a new shipping fee will apply.

Can my order arrive in multiple packages?

We aim to ship all items in your order in one package. However, if an item is backordered or delayed, we may ship your order in multiple packages. Shipping costs will be calculated and charged once based on the total pre-tax purchase amount. We strive to ensure your items arrive together whenever possible!

Can this shipping policy change?

Yes. We reserve the right to update or change this shipping policy at any time. If changes are made, we’ll update the date at the top of this page so you know when the new terms take effect.
