Shipping Policy
Welcome to the Ballet Trauma Club Shipping Policy. We’re committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. Below, you’ll find answers to common questions about our processing times, delivery areas, carriers, and tracking details.
We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. outlying islands.
We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we’re working on it.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, which includes verification, quality checks, and packaging. Fulfillment takes place within the United States.
During peak seasons, processing times may be longer. If there are any significant delays, we’ll notify you by email.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, or weather conditions.
Domestic Shipping: $8 flat rate for orders under $55 (before tax)
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $55 (before tax and discounts)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to certain states, as required by law. The tax rate is based on your shipping address and will be calculated at checkout.
We currently collect sales tax for orders shipped to California, where our business has nexus. As regulations evolve, tax collection may expand to additional states.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
While we’re not responsible for packages marked as delivered, we’ll do our best to help you resolve the situation and file a claim if needed.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you catch an error within 24 hours, email us at hello@ballettraumaclub.com with the correct address.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors are not eligible for a refund. You’ll need to place a new order using the correct address, and a new shipping fee will apply.
We aim to ship all items in your order in one package. However, if an item is backordered or delayed, we may ship your order in multiple packages. Shipping costs will be calculated and charged once based on the total pre-tax purchase amount. We strive to ensure your items arrive together whenever possible!
Yes. We reserve the right to update or change this shipping policy at any time. If changes are made, we’ll update the date at the top of this page so you know when the new terms take effect.
