Order Processing and Fulfillment Time

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, including preparation, printing, quality check, and packaging.

Fulfillment Time: After processing, orders are fulfilled and shipped. This is the time it takes for your order to reach the shipping carrier.

High Volume Periods: Processing and fulfillment may be extended during peak seasons. Significant delays will be communicated to customers.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders enter production and cannot be canceled. They will need to be processed as a return.

Modification Policy: Modifications to orders can only be made within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders are sent for production and cannot be modified. Modifications are subject to approval and may not always be possible.

Finality of Orders: Once an order enters production, cancellations or modifications are not accepted. Ensure all details, including size, color, and shipping address, are correct at the time of ordering.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping rates:

1. $1-$54.99: $8 flat-rate shipping within the United States
2. $50 and above: Free ground shipping within the United States

For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other US minor outlying states, the rules are as follows:
1. $1-$74.99: $15 flat-rate shipping
2. $75 and above: Free ground shipping

Express Shipping: For 2-day, next day, or overnight options, please email us.

Delivery Estimates: Standard ground shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. We currently ship only within the U.S., with potential international shipping in the future.

Shipping Notifications: Receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Multiple Packages: Orders may be shipped in multiple packages, with separate confirmation emails for each.

Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Return Policy: Return items within 7 days of delivery if unsatisfied. Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition. A return slip must be completed for returns to be processed; contact customer service to obtain one. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after inspection.

Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days with photos of defects or damage. We’ll review the evidence and decide if a refund or replacement is warranted.

Refund Process: Include the completed return slip in your return shipment. Use a trackable shipping service and forward the tracking number to hello@ballettraumaclub.com. Refunds, minus a 15% restocking fee per item, are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds may take longer to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer. Confirmation emails will be sent for refunds and replacements.
