Everything is soft, durable, and built to survive long rehearsals — or even longer therapy sessions.

We’re a small, AAPI and female-owned brand. Each design is created by dancers who’ve been through it. Our merch exists to reflect the chaos, community, and weird humor that comes with the territory. We talk about mental health because it matters to our community. However, Ballet Trauma Club is not a mental health facility. We’re just artists with Wi-Fi, screen fatigue, and a lot of feelings.
